Notice to Enter in Alberta

In Alberta, a landlord must give at least 24 hours advance notice to enter the property in a non-emergency situation. The notice must state the reason for entry and the date and time of entry. It must also be signed by the landlord or their agent. The entry must be between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. and may not occur on the tenant's day of worship.
