LawDepot.com specializes in automated legal documents. The company requires full-time and part-time customer support representatives
to help customers use our website. Legal knowledge is not required.
Duties
- Help customers use and configure their web browsers
- Troubleshoot various problems that prevent users from purchasing or using their LawDepot documents
- Identify website problems based on customer questions and feedback
- Respond to customer questions by selecting the appropriate answer from our answer templates
- Work with support team to further refine our answer templates
- Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and live chat sessions
- Identify and redirect more difficult questions to appropriate personnel
