Bilingual Data Analyst - Digital Marketing (German, Spanish, or French)

Position Overview

LawDepot is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Data Analyst - Digital Marketing in Edmonton, Alberta. This position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international (Germany, Spain, France) search engine marketing accounts and conducting in-depth data analysis. Comprehensive training is provided. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities for a hybrid work schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage a portfolio of international search engine marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) to boost website traffic and drive conversions
Optimize and adjust campaign bids to maximize profitability and ensure peak performance
Analyze and interpret financial data and key performance indicators to uncover actionable campaign change tactics
Utilize internal reports to provide data-driven insights that enhance campaign effectiveness
Conduct in-depth competitor and query research to identify optimization initiatives
Audit and review campaign structure details to improve efficiency and results
Experiment with writing new ad copy and craft compelling customer messages that convert
Build product level knowledge to evaluate opportunities
Review user level information and segment into audience lists for targeting purposes
Work with cross functional departments (Legal, Product, Development) to execute projects

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Operations Management, Marketing, Economics, or other Analysis related programs
Experience conducting analysis on large data sets
Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: German, Spanish, French
Excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects
High level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Visualizations, Formulas)
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills
Sound judgement and data driven decision making ability
Ability to summarize complicated analysis and make recommendations
Excellent written English communication skills and the ability to write short form advertising copy
Knowledge of PPC / SEM advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) would be an asset
Experience with Meta, Reddit, and other emerging channels is an asset
